Pre Order cancellations. you may cancel your pre order for a full refund at any time before you receive the shipping confirmation email. Once the package has been dispatched the order cannot be canceled.
Damaged or defective items. If your bottle arrives damaged or leaking in transit you must email us with a photograph of the damaged packaging within seven days of delivery. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement bottle immediately.
Returns and exchanges. Because this is a topical liquid formulated for animal care we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or delivered bottles due to biological contamination risks. All sales of delivered and intact bottles are final.
